WHAT IS PARAWING?

At first glance, a parawing looks like a small paraglider.

On the water, however, it creates an entirely new riding experience.

Unlike an inflatable wing, a parawing has no rigid frame. It generates power to get you onto foil and, once you’re flying, it can be packed away in seconds, leaving nothing in your hands while you surf bumps, swell or waves.

The result is an incredibly light, flowing and natural feeling that many riders describe as being closer to pure surf foiling than traditional wing foiling.

Parawing doesn’t replace wing foiling.

It opens the door to an entirely new style of riding.

WHY RIDERS ARE FALLING IN LOVE WITH PARAWING

Incredible Freedom
Pack the wing away once you're flying and experience the unique sensation of gliding with nothing between you and the ocean.
Perfect For Downwind Adventures
Ride upwind, pack the parawing and enjoy long uninterrupted glides as you connect swell after swell. This pack-and-glide style is one of the discipline's biggest attractions.
Compact & Innovative
Lightweight, simple to carry and incredibly versatile, the parawing represents one of the most exciting developments in modern foiling.

LEARN WITH CONFIDENCE

Parawinging is different from wing foiling.

The handling is lighter.

The power delivery is different.

Packing and redeploying the wing requires new techniques.

That’s why structured coaching makes such a difference.

During your lessons you’ll progressively learn:

Equipment setup Launching techniques Wing control Efficient power generation Getting onto foil Riding upwind Packing the parawing while riding Redeploying the wing Linking swell Reading the ocean Downwind techniques

WHO IS PARAWING FOR?

Parawing is ideal for curious riders who enjoy learning new skills and exploring new possibilities on the water.

Many participants already have experience in wing foiling, kite foiling or downwind foiling, making the transition quicker and more intuitive. Riders with previous foiling experience generally adapt faster because the biggest challenge is learning the different wing handling rather than foiling itself.

If you’re already comfortable riding a foil and are looking for a completely new feeling on the water, parawing could become your next favourite discipline.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions Before You Book?

Parawing is much easier to learn if you already know how to foil. Previous experience in wing foiling, kite foiling or downwind foiling provides an excellent foundation.

While it's possible to start from scratch, most riders progress significantly faster after first learning the fundamentals of wing foiling or eFoiling.

The main difference is freedom. Once you're up on foil, the parawing can be packed away, allowing you to ride swell without holding an inflatable wing.

Yes. We provide premium equipment selected according to your size, experience and the day's conditions.

It depends on your previous foiling experience and your objectives. Your instructor will recommend the best progression plan after your first session.

Nobody can predict the future, but parawing is one of the fastest-growing disciplines in the sport, attracting experienced foilers looking for a lighter, freer and more downwind-oriented riding experience.
